This is precisely how you could please all of the store customers and boost customer loyalty by adhering to the simple principles noted in this course. Your stress level as an associate will go down tremendously, and the satisfaction rate of the customers will go up also tremendously.

I wanted to know how to please the customers, and answer all of their questions without conflict with the organization. I know now how. You work within the company's guidelines, and take personal responsibility for the customer's total satisfaction. You also ask for help from other associates, and managers when needed, and follow through to make sure that the task gets done.
