Reactions to the death of a loved one and the bereavement period is different for each person and may continue for years depending on the nature of the loss and the circumstances surrounding the loss. This course is designed to help differentiate between two forms of bereavement: grief and depression and to familiarize the professional with prevention and treatment strategies.
