That is, the ability to inspire people in the organization to performan at peak. According to the instructor "inspired pull" rests on 5 key critical factors: Social Networks, Social Capital, Conversations, Engagement Process, and Individual Thinking. I thought the video provided good food for thought for managers as they consider how they can improve their organization's perofrmance.
