I felt that this course was very descriptive and informative in relation to the subject. I did not know the specifics of the landman job and now feel that I do understand what the duties of a landman are. I do think that more definitions should be added and that more information should be given in some of the case studies. On a few instances I just had to assume situations and hope that I was correct. I enjoyed the course and my husband purchased a real estate law book to help with any other questions I may have. Thank you for providing this course!
