More people need to learn how to REALLY treat customers. I don't feel companies spend enough time really training workers the art of customer service. It really is the forefront of a business. This course shows you how truly important it is to have these skills.

Good course. I took about two hours. Covered a variety of topics with video examples plus questions to be answered. My summary for my supervisor runs for two pages. Most of the people I work with should take this course because currently they are doing the opposite. I am trying to lead by example.

Well put together. I appreciated the assessment tool. Some bleed-over from your other customer service class, but that is to be expected.
