Along with Windows Vista wireless capabilities, this course explains the features new to Windows Vista including the Network and Sharing Center and Network Map. As well, those features enhanced from previous Windows versions that provide the increased security, reliability, and ease of management offered by Windows Vista are described.
Target Audience The audience for this path are personnel who provide Tier 1 or Tier 2 desktop and help desk support for Windows Vista, and other technical professionals who wish to certify on Windows Vista.
Prerequisites Candidates for the exam should have 1 year experience in the IT field and have experience with or a need to resolve issue concerning network connectivity, desktop OS’s, security and client applications.
